This heirloom culture has been used for decades by a brewery in Pakruojis, Lithuania. Much like the kveik yeasts of Norway, this culture can easily ferment into the mid-90s. Lithuanian Queeb cranks out notes of citrus peel, dried pome fruit, white pepper, subtle dried hay and clove.
This culture is STA1+ and attenutates into the high 80s.
This strain is one of the four Fall Release strains.
