MIP-349 Kveik Aurland

This yeast was found on a farm in Aurland, Norway--it was last commercially used in 1978. This hardy strain has been revived and is ready to ferment beer again. This is a mixed yeast culture and may contain bacteria. It produces a fruity and pleasant aroma that is very unique.
